Hi Tatiana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can enable Form Accessibility to create forms accessible by visually and hearing impaired people. It focuses on enabling access to your sites for as many people as possible, for people with disabilities or special needs, or enabling access through assistive technology such as screen readers, voice recognition programs, screen enlargement applications, etc. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then, click on Show More Options under the Form Settings.
- Now, scroll down the page and look for the Form Accessibility option and select Enabled from the dropdown list.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
