ben bir form oluşturuyorum fakat oluşturduğum formda soruların tek seçenekli evet hayır yaptım ve 2 seçeneğede değer verdim sorulardan sonra birde widget ekledim sorulara verdiğim form hesaplama ekledim gizledim.Fakat koşullara göre farklı sayfaları gösterip farklı sayfaları gösterip sonra takvime yönlendirmek istiyorum.

Now, coming back to your question, in order to show a different page depending on the score, you can use Conditional Logic. It's quite easy to do it. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the top of the page.
2. Select Conditions on the left panel.
3. Click on the Add Condition button.
4. Select Skip to or Hide a Page and insert the conditions below as an example: 

And that's it. If the score is equal to a certain value, it will skip to a certain page of the form. You might also want to check out this guide about How to use conditional logic for more efficient forms.
