If you want to display some columns of your Excel table in your form. You can import your data on Jotform Tables, and then use our iframe Embed widget to display your Table Sheets on your form. After you get the Jotform Table sharing link, follow the steps below to add it to the iframe widget.

First, let's see how to import data into Jotform Tables. It's easy to import a file into Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your My Tables page, and click on Create Table on the top-left side of the page.

2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Data.

3. Click on Upload File and select your file or simply drag and drop your file.

4. Click on the Downward Arrow icon in the Choose Tabs To Import section, and toggle On the Set The First Row As Column Headers option.

5. Click on the Short Text option to change your column types.

6. Untick the tabs you don't want to import, and then click on Import Data.

From your Jotform Table, set the Access Settings of your Jotform Table to Public, so anyone can see it. Let me show you how:

1.  On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

2. Click on Share Settings and select Public Table, so everyone can access a read-only version of your Table.

3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people to view it.

After you get that link, you can add it to the iframe widget to show the table in your form. Let me walk you through it.

1. In Form Builder, click the + Add Form Element button on the top left side of the screen.
2. In the left column, click on the Widgets tab.
3. Search for Iframe Embed, and add it to your form.
4. In the Widget Settings that will open on the right side of the screens, paste your Spreadsheet URL under the Frame URL section.
5. Finally, click the Update Widget button at the bottom.
