How to add Mailsoftly to your Jotform account

It only takes a few minutes to connect Mailsoftly to your Jotform account. To get started, navigate to the Settings section of Jotform’s Form Builder and choose Integrations from the menu on the left.

Search for “Mailsoftly” and click on the integration.

Next, enter your Mailsoftly API key in the designated field. You can access your API key from your Mailsoftly account with just a few clicks in the Mailsoftly settings menu. Once you’ve entered the API key in the field, click Authenticate.

Now you can customize the integration to create an automated workflow that works for you. Use the integration settings to select which Mailsoftly list to send data to, assign Mailsoftly tags to your contacts, and more.

  • Match your fields: Match the fields between Mailsoftly and Jotform.
  • Select a list: Select a Mailsoftly list to send the contact data to.
  • Select tag(s): Assign specific tags to the contact. Tags are generated in your Mailsoftly settings.
  • Update existing contact: The integration selects this option by default. Keep this option checked if you want to update existing contacts with the data they provide in the form.

When you’re finished, click Save.
