Guten Tag,
für die Kontrolle und Arcivierung der der von Jotform versenden E-Mails sollte ich diese speichern oder mir eine Kopie zusenden können.
Das selbe gilt natürlich auch für die unter unsrer E-Mailadresse versendenten E-Mails über Jotform. Zum Beispiel autoreplay bei Eingang eines Eintrags in ein Formular.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When you create your form, the notification is created by default and will be addressed to the email address registered to your account. Once a submission is made, the email is sent to out. Autoresponder emails are only sent to the user's email or the email address indicated on the email field added to the form. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

Your explanations are appropriate. I should be able to make sure that the email was sent and I should also archive the content of the email. For this purpose, I would like to have the email as my outbox. If that doesn't work, I thought I could send the email to myself as cc: or bc:.
Can you please help me with this?

Hi Ralph,
Thanks for getting back to us. The notification feature on the form does not have the option to include a "cc" or "bc". It's only designed to directly send the notification to the recipient indicated. However, the option to archive the email content or the submission data can be done in the Inbox page.
There's no outbox feature, same with email platforms (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), but you can check the status of the emails from your account history. Let me show you how.
- Click on your avatar icon and select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click the History tab.
- You can manage as to how far back you can view activities on your account.
- You can also specify or filter the type of activity you wish to see. Filter the activity type to Emails
