Hi,
https://form.jotform.com/240493257154356
Schon einmal vielen Dank. -

Hi Max,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.

Hi Raymond, thanks for the fast reply.
Unfortunately, it didn't work for us.
As I tried this one (duplicated): https://form.jotform.com/240664627943363
We all still got this message:Then we tried the following for the live ones:
1.) We changed the state of the fields from required to unrequired (Only the "Star ones" -- these are the ones that give us problems).
Result: We got through to the thank you page, but the results from the "Star fields" weren't submitted to our CRM. They are visible in Jotform, but not in our CRM (but ONLY the “Star Fields"; the rest is fine):2.) Our following thought was: Okay, the "star fields" are somehow broken ==> Let's change them. We made new fields in this format:
Result: We got through to the thank you page (Meaning: No Error with “There are imcomplete fields in your submission).
The results were in Jotform, but NOT in our CRM.
So the problem is twofold now:
1.) If we make the star fields required ==> We can't get to the thank you page and the error with „There are incomplete fields in your submission" appears.
2.) If we make star fields unrequired or change them to something else ==> We don't get the data in our CRM.
What can we do?
I have to ask my business partner if we have problems with other Jotforms. But so far I think it's only these:
https://form.jotform.com/240493257154356 (Can't get the data).
https://form.jotform.com/240413730202338 (Can't get the data).
https://form.jotform.com/240664627943363 (Can't get to the thank you page).
In Short: Every short form with „Potenzial-Analyse"
My next step would be to start these Jotforms from scratch and build them new (without the baggage of duplicating). -

Correction to this:
As we changed the "Star Fields" from required to unrequired, the Results WEREN'T transmitted to Jotform:You can see here that no star field has an answer: https://eu.jotform.com/inbox/240413730202338/5867478820212603220?
This makes the problem threefold:
1. If we make the star fields required ==> We can't get to the thank you page and the error with „There are incomplete fields in your submission" appears.
2. If we change the star fields to "unrequired" NO answer is submitted (even if filled out).
3. If we change the star fields to something else, the data is submitted to Jotform, but not to our CRM. -

Hi Max,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that this is happening. I also cloned your forms and tested them to see if I could replicate the issue but everything worked fine the way they're supposed to. take a look at the screenshots below to see my results:
I did not get any errors when making those submissions. As for your third question, when you changed the field did you map the newly added fields to your integrated CRM? Also, would it be possible for us to make a test submission to your form to see if we can reproduce the issue? Can you please try making a submission using a different browser or device to see if that would make any difference?
As soon as we hear back from you we can move forward to a solution.
