Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Yes, that's certainly possible. I assume your question is still related to this form 232123210229339, right? If so, I checked and it looks like the unique field is currently enabled, reason why it's not accepting submissions from an existing email address. Let me walk you through on how to disable it:
- In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.
- Next, click on Show more options button.
- Scroll down and look for the Unique Field option.
- Lastly, set the Unique field to Disabled.
