Hallo, wie kann ich ein chatbot ins APP integrieren und welche APP könnt ihr mir empfehlen in bezug auf Kundenservice fragen zum Produkt usw.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, we currently don't have a chatbot like functionality. As a workaround, you could make your form smart through conditional logic however, like for example showing different answers, based upon which questions users choose from a list of predefined questions.
You might want to check out this guide on How to Show or Hide Fields Based on a User's Answer. It could be really useful for customizing your forms based on user inputs.
