Hi Caroline_lehmann,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, are you not receiving notification emails when someone completes the form? I checked the email address used in the notification email, and it is currently in our bounce list.
Result:
Caroline_lehmann@gmx.de is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : bounced (host mx01.emig.gmx.net[212.227.17.5] said: 550-Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable 550-invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record 550 For explanation visit https://postmaster.gmx.net/de/case?c=r1401&i=ip&v=38.152.248.134&r=1MeW4q-1rp19C3XL2-00cYr7 (in reply to MAIL FROM command))
Caroline_lehmann@gmx.de is NOT in the unsubscribe list
I have removed the email address from our bounce list. Please note that an email address is added to our bounce list due to several reasons. It may be that the destination mail server was not available at the moment the email was sent, the email was blocked due to security filters, or the email was marked as spam by the email provider.
We recommend adding noreply@jotform.com to your mailbox's contact list to prevent it from blocking emails from Jotform. Another way is to Whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
It’s recommended to configure your email notifications to use your own SMTP if your email address is constantly being added to the bounce list. You can set up SMTP for your form or use a custom email address for your notification and confirmation emails to minimize issues in sending and receiving emails. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. Hover your mouse on your Avatar/Profile Picture on the upper right part of the page and click Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Sender Emails section.
3. Click Edit and Select Add Sender Email.
4. Enter SMTP details and once done click Sent Test Email. If it works, click the Add Email button. Otherwise, correct the details.
5. Now, go to your Notification Email and select the newly added custom sender email in the Advance tab of your notification email.
6. Click Save once done to apply the changes.
Also, you can test your SMTP configuration first to ensure they are correct and working. You can test your SMTP configurations on this site. Make sure to change your email account password after testing or before your test, change it to a different password first.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Mayfe thanks, but I do not get a zoom invite to the added email address.
The processs should be: a person schedule a meeting and we both get the zoom invite...
It does not work. The system even did not ask me to connect my zoom.
Why?
Thanks, Caro

Hi Caroline_lehmann,
If you want to receive a zoom invite or connect your form to Zoom, then you can use the Zoom Integration. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
- Click on Integration tab and search for Zoom.
. Click the Authenticate button to connect and link your Zoom account. If you’ve already linked your account, there’s a dropdown, and you can select the account from there.
4. Choose an action from the dropdown and click Save once done.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi
I am not sure if that works with zoom integration. I do not get a zoom invite and the other person also not. Normally after choosing a tie and date both receive a zoom link.
Did I make something wrong?
Is this account free?
Kind regards, caro

Hi Caro,
Can you try re-configuring the Zoom Integration on your form to see if this makes any difference? Checkout this guide about How to Integrate Jotform with Zoom.
If the issue still persists for you, can you share a screen recording showing the exact steps you are taking to replicate this issue so we can look into it further.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
