Hi Lena,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German user support team has a high volume of inquiries at the moment, so I'll try to answer your question using Google Translate. To check it further, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you?Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Lena,
I cloned your form and tested it, and it seems like you haven't configured the Skip To/Hide a Page conditions correctly. You'll need to enter a value in the condition for it to work. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
- In the Conditions tab of the left-side Panel, hover your mouse over the condition and then click on the Pencil icon.
- Lastly, select an option in the Value field and then click on Save.
I also found that you have multiple conditions that you have multiple conditions that aren't complete. This could also cause conditions to stop working. Check out the screenshot below:
Can you try fixing these conditions or deleting them if you're not using them to see if that resolves the issue? If it still doesn't work after that, can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having and what you're trying to achieve so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution?
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Hello Ruan,
I have corrected all the conditions, but unfortunately the hide still does not work. If "nicht relevant" is clicked on the first question, it should immediately skip to the end page.
Do you have another solution?
Many thanks and best regards

Hi Lena,
I did some more tests and found that the reason why you can't skip to the last page is because the last page is a Header element. I suggest that you use a Paragraph element instead and enter your message there. Once you do that, you will be able to skip to the last page if 'Wie relevant ist das Thema Bauen und Wohnen für Sie?' is equal to 'Nicht relevant'. Let me walk you through the steps:
- In Form Builder, click on the last page and then click on the Trash Can icon.
- Now, click on Add Form Element at the top-left of your screen.
- In the Basic tab of the left-side Panel, navigate to the Paragraph element and drag and drop it into your form.
- Next, click on the Pencil icon, add your message, and then click on Save.
Now all that's left is adding the new field to your conditions. Let me show you how to do that:
- Still in Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
- In the Conditions tab of the left-side Panel, hover your mouse over the condition and then click on the Pencil icon.
- Finally, set the condition like you see below and then click on Save.
That's it. Now your Skip To/Hide a Page condition will work as intended. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any more questions.
- In Form Builder, click on the last page and then click on the Trash Can icon.

Hi Ruan,
thank you very much for the help, it has now worked :)
However, I still have two more questions:
1. is it possible to insert an external link? I would like to insert an external link either via a Cta (button) or via the link "zum Gewinnspiel". How do I do that?
2. I would also like to have two results pages, is that possible? And if so, how do you do that? Many thanks and best regards
Lena

Hello,
I wrote a ticket today, to which I also received an answer. Unfortunately, I cannot open the ticket because a 404 error message appears. This is the ticket: I would also like to have two results pages.
I have now adjusted one path and it works.
Unfortunately, in the other path, a white screen is still displayed when "not relevant" is clicked. But the rule behind it should be correct.
What else do I need to adjust here?
Thanks and best regards

Hi Lena,
It seems that you are referring to this thread. I noticed that the thread here is set to private. This means that you need to make sure that you are logged in on your Jotform account before visiting the thread discussion. So instead of repeating the answer given by my colleague through that link, I think it would be more appropriate to suggest just ensuring that you are logged in and view the answer given by our colleague, Andreas, there.
You may also respond to that thread and we'll discuss more of the issues there if the solution is still lacking.
We'll look forward to hearing from you in that thread.
