wir haben eine App mit 3 Formularen entwickelt. Mit einem Formular melden die Mitarbeiter Ihre täglichen Arbeitszeiten. Ist es möglich, dass die Mitarbeiter die Meldungen sehen können, die sie in den vorherigen Tagen versendet haben? Wenn ja wie?

Now, coming back to your question, If you want to send them the information they submitted from the previous form, you can create an Autoresponder email to your form. if you Set up an Autoresponder Email, your customers will get emails about their submission after they fill out the form. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

Additionally, you can create a report to those forms, and share it publicly. With Jotform Report Builder, you can easily generate visual reports that are based on your submission data. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, select the form that you want to create a report for.

2. Click on Reports at the top of the page, and then click on Add New Report.

3. Now, select Visual Report Builder, which will open Report Builder.

4. Enter a Report name and choose a Report Type.

5. Then, click on Create and that’s it. You’re done.

For the Extended and the Compact report types, Report Builder will automatically create a chart for each form field or widget on the form. We also have a guide about How to Create a Visual Report with Your Form Submissions that you can check out.
