Monday.com-Integration: Aktualisierungsfelder können nicht ausgewählt werden

    Guten Tag,

    seit ein paar Tagen funktioniert die Integration zwischen Jotform und monday.com nicht richtig. Es werden zwar automatisch Elemente erstellt, aber die Option „Select Update Fields“ wird nicht berücksichtigt.

    Können Sie das bitte korrigieren?

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that you have multiple forms that are integrated with Monday.com. Can you share with us the form link you're referring to? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

    Hi Orth_Transporte,

    According to your integration action log, it seems the status of transferring submission to Monday.com is failed. I suggest removing the action and adding it back. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select the Monday.com Integration.

    4. Click on the Three vertical dot icon right beside the action.
    5. Select Delete Action.

    Ich habe es gerade entfernt und neu eingerichtet. Leider funktioniert es immer noch nicht.

    Hallo Orth_Transporte,

    According to the action log file it shows there is an issue on the Monday.com website, but according to the Monday.com status page all seems to be working as expected, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Our Developers are working on the issue as fast as they can. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

    das Problem scheint behoben zu sein. Seit gestern gegen 15:30 Uhr funktionieren die Updates wieder.
