    Goedemiddag,

    Er liep een automatische incasso middels paypal dit account is inmiddels opgeheven en zo ook de automatische betaling naar jullie toe.

    Kunnen jullie deze betaling voor ons aanpassen of dat we eventueel op een andere wijze de betaling naar jullie kunnen verwerken.

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, did you mean the PayPal account used on the subscription has been closed and you need to use a different account? I checked your account and I see that it's scheduled to be downgraded at the end of the current paid period. In this case, you can re-upgrade using a different PayPal account or credit card on February 16, 2025.
