Log in nicht mehr möglich

    Hallo liebes Team,

    ich habe mehr, als versucht mich mit der eMail-Adresse uschi.vandenhouten@stadtwerke-halterrn.de. Leider war ein Log in nicht mehr möglich. Daraufhin habe ich das Passwort zurückgesetzt und es erneut versucht. Auch dass war nicht mehre möglich.

    Immer wieder erscheint die Fehler-Meldung invalid username or password.

    Ich bin mir zu 100 % sicher, dass es das richtige Password ist.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your email address uschi.vandenhouten@stadtwerke-halterrn.de, and I saw that it is not tied to any Jotform account, which is why you are unable to login. To confirm, do you have an Enterprise account? If you do, you need to log in from your server or domain.

    But, if you don't have an Enterprise account, can you provide us with any of the URLs of the forms in your account, so we can use it to pull up your account? Let me show you How to Find your Form's URL:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
    2. Under Quick Share, select Copy Link.

    Liebes Jotform-Team,

    zwischenzeitlich hat es dann doch mit dem Log in funktioniert. Jetzt wieder nicht. Es ist kein Log in möglich.

If the form is embedded on your website, you can share with us a link to the page where the form is embedded instead.
