Anfrage Feedback Tool

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, 

wir suchen ein Feedback-Tool für eine Promotionaktion/Roadshow unseres Kunden L'Oréal/Lancôme. Die Roadshow läuft über 5 Wochen und umfasst ca. 15 Städte, die mit einem gebrandeten Bus besucht werden.

Anforderungen an das Tool:

• Offline-Nutzung auf einem iPad (kein Internet verfügbar)
• Kioskmodus, sodass die Umfrage automatisch neu startet
• Branding des Kunden einbinden
• Einfache Bedienung, idealerweise mit Sterne- oder Smiley-Bewertungssystem
• Maximal 4 Fragen, um schnelles und unkompliziertes Feedback zu erhalten

Geplante Umfrage:

1. Wie hat Ihnen unser Idôle Bus gefallen? (5-Sterne-Bewertung)
2. Haben Sie schon einmal Produkte von Lancôme verwendet? (Ja/Nein)
3. Ziehen Sie nach heute in Erwägung, unsere Produkte zu verwenden? (Ja/Nein)
4. Wünschen Sie sich mehr von solchen Aktionen? (Smiley-System: brummelig/neutral/freudig)

Kann Ihr Tool diese Anforderungen abbilden? Falls ja, zu welchem Preis? Da die Roadshow nächste Woche Freitag startet würde ich mich über eine schnelle Rückmeldung freuen!

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

You can get in touch with the right Solutions Partner for you by sorting them by location, type of service, industry, language support, or partner tier. Just fill out the contact form for the Jotform partner you'd like to work with, so they can make the necessary preparations to help you.
