Guten Tag

Wir haben eine App auf Privat geschaltet. Nun haben wir Feedbacks erhalten, dass sich die Nutzer nun jeden Tag oder sogar alle paar Stunden neu anmelden müssen.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass die Nutzer der App immer eingeloggt bleiben?

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, it is not possible for app users to always stay logged in on your app. For security reasons, the login session expires after two hours, requiring users to log back in. All actions made on the account are saved instantly, so any changes are recorded and can be recovered if they were logout. Also, if they access your app on a different device, they will automatically log out.
