    Hallo,

    in meiner Inbox werden keine Inhalte der Nachrichten angezeigt.

    Was ist der Fehler?

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German , let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    If the fields are hidden, making them visible on Inbox is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Inbox, click on the Three vertical box on the first tab.
    2. In the dropdown, click on the Inbox Settings option.
    3. In the panel on the right of the screen, click on the Fields tab.
    4. Finally, select all the fields that you want to see.

    Also, can you check the submission on Tables and see how it looks. Accessing Tables from the Inbox page is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Inbox, click on the Arrow pointing down next to the Jotform logo in the left top corner.
    2. In the dropdown, click on the Tables option.

    If also on Tables the submissions looks empty, can you allow us to make a submission on your Form? After that you can check our submissions on your Tables and Inbox and see how it goes.

    Since your data are stored on our EU Servers, the subdomain should be 'eu' and not 'www'. This could be the reason why you are not seeing your data.
