Main form from which you can click on subforms

Hi, I have a question. I have created 6 forms for different work permits. I have also created a main form that contains the basic information. I want to be able from the main form to select which specific work permit needs to be completed on this form. Is there a way to do this or do I have to offer all 6 forms individually? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to fill out the subforms from your main form, you can embed the subforms to your main form using the Iframe Embed widget. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, add the Iframe Embed Widget to your form.
2. Add the Form URL of the subforms in the Widget settings.
