Hi Timna,
I just wanted to remind you that I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate because our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want form fillers to upload files. We have a File Upload element that makes it simple for users to attach files when filling out a form. Let me show you how to add it:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the Field Upload element and click on it to add it to your form.
- Click on the File Upload field, and then click on the Gear icon to open File Upload Properties.
- In the menu on the right side of the page click on the Options tab.
- In the File Types section, remove unwanted file types and add the ones you want form fillers to upload.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
