Warum kommt die Unterschrift als separate Datei?

Guten Tag,

wenn ich ein Formular zum unterschreiben und ausfüllen an Kunden versende, der dieses unterschreibt, kommt das Formular super ausgefüllt zurück aber die Unterschrift ist immer in einer separaten Datei.

Ist das normal? oder kann man das irgendwie so ändern, dass die Unterschrift auch wirklich auf dem Formular selbst bleibt?

Now, for your question, this is happening because you don't have the Jotform Sign Automation on in the Widget's settings. By enabling this, you are letting Jotform create a Sign Document to send with emails. Let me show you how to enable it:

1. In Form Builder, go to Sign Element and click on the Pencil icon at the right side.
2. Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

Now your Notification Emails will include a Sign Document. Here's how it looks:

Also, by adding an Email Element on your form and specifying it from the Jotform Sign Automation Settings, you can make your form fillers get this kind of document too. To learn more about Jotform Sign, you can check out our guide here.

hi, ich habe die automatisierung eingeschaltet und das formular einmal zum testen ausgefüllt.

aber das fertig ausgefüllte formular kommt immer noch nur mit einer separaten unterschrift zurück.

so wie es auf ihrem screenshot aussieht, sieht auch meine vorschau aus bevor ich es abschicke aber das fertige formular was zuurück kommt hat wie gesagt immer noch die unterschrift nicht auf dem formular selber sondern in einer eigenen datei

I understand that you'd like to merge the signature field onto a single page of your form. Unfortunately, with the added elements on your form, it may span multiple pages. As a workaround for that you can use Jotform PDF editor and resize, adjust your fields to one page. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, click on the field that you want to align.

2. Left-click on the Resize icon, and while holding it, drag the field to resize it.

To change field positions:

1. While in PDF Editor, select the field that you want to move.
2. Left-click on the field and drag it to the place you want.
