How to enable the Special Pricing in Product list

    Hallo, bin Karsten Romeikat,

    Hi Karsten,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can set different prices based on the amount of the selected product in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, and then click on the Wand icon (If you have a Product List without a payment gateway, the icon will be a Shopping Cart icon).
    2. In the menu on the right, hover over your product and click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Under the Options tab, hover over the Quantity option and click the Pencil icon.
    4. Then, toggle Special Pricing Per Quantity to the On position, enter the special prices for each quantity, and click on Save Quantity. That's it.

How to enable the Special Pricing in Product list Image 2 Screenshot 41 You can use Special Pricing with options like Quantity, Sizes, Colors, or any other product options you’ve added. But, it only works for one option at a time. Once you enable it for one, it’ll be disabled for the others. You can also check out our guide about How To Set Up the Special Pricing Option in Payment Form for more information.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Also ein Mengen bezogener Preis.

Geht das in den Vorlagen Apps nicht?

    Hi Karsten,

Can you confirm if you're referring to the Product list in the Jotform App builder? If yes, unfortunately, special pricing isn't available with Jotform App product list yet. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, you can consider using our traditional form. You can create an order/payment form. Then. enable the special pricing and embed it into your App builder.

That's it. Now, you can collect a Credit Card Processing Fee when people buy your items. We have this guide on how to add Tax on your payment form and this guide on how to add Shipping fees. Then, you can add forms to your Jotform Apps. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to your App Builder, then click on the Elements button and drag & drop the Form element. After that, select the form you created.
    2. Once you embed the form into your App, click on the Settings button.
    3. Enable the Show Form option to display the embedded form in the Store App.
