Hinzufügen einer horizontalen Linie in der E-Mail-Vorlage

Hallo :)

ich beziehe mich auf mein Formular Grill Catering.

Im Formular habe ich zwischen "zzgl. Aufbau Buffet" und "Nettobetrag" eine Trennlinie.

Wenn ich auf ein eingereichtes Formular antworte, ist diese Trennlinie verschwunden.

Die Trennlinie soll in der E-Mail beim Empfänger für einen kleinen Abstand sorgen, so das der Empfänger es besser sehen kann.

Im Screenshot habe ich das Problem dargestellt.

Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?

Now, coming back to your question, it's easy to add a horizontal line in your email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings on the orange navigation bar and select the Emails tab on the left side menu.
2. Hover your mouse over to the Pen icon of the Notification Email.
3. Under the Email tab, click on the Source Code >_ icon in the navigation bar and add the <hr> at the beginning of the code.
4. Then, click on the Ok button.
5. An additional line should appear in the Email Content, you can Copy and Paste it and click on the Save button.

Das hat nicht ganz geklappt. Die Linie ist erschienen, aber ich kann sie nicht kopieren. Weder mit Rechtsklick noch mit Tastenkombination (Strg+V).

If you cannot copy the line at the top of your email content, you can directly add the <hr> in between the zzgl. Aufbau Buffet and Nettobetrag. You just need to locate the Nettobetrag in the emails source code. Take a look at the screenshot below:
