Schnittstelle zu OneDrive

Sehrt geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir nutzen Ihr Angebot im Rahmen einer Steuerkanzlei und haben ein eigenes Dokumentenmanagementsystem im Einsatz. Über die Ablage der Dateien per OneDrive-Connector werden übergeordnete Verzeichnisse erstellt in die dann die PDF-Dateien transferiert werden. Sofern es möglich wäre, die PDF-Dateien der ausgefüllten Formulare ohne übergeordnetes Verzeichnis in einen Ordner zu übergeben, wäre eine nahtlose Übergabe in unser hauseigenes System gewährleistet. Dies hätte weiter zur Folge, das die Ablagemaske des DMS ohne Zwischenschritte zur Anwendung käme, also PDF-Dateien, z. B. von Telefonnotizen, direkt importiert werden könnten.

Sehen Sie hier eine Lösungsmöglichkeit?

With the integration, it is possible to determine the root folder where the submissions are uploaded, but unfortunately, each submission will create a new sub-folder, and currently it is not possible to change this in the integration.

As a workaround, you can try to create your own integration by using Zapier, and seeing if forwarding the submissions through Zapier to Onedrive would allow you to upload the submissions to the specified folder without sub-folders.
