Hello Lisa-Marie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it seems like you already fixed the issue. If the upload space is not updating after clearing the submissions from trash entries, clearing the form cache should fix the issue. Please refer to the steps and screenshot below:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
