Wir benötigen einmal dringend Ihre Mithilfe !
Wir haben zur Zeit vom Finanzamt eine Betriebsprüfung von 2021 und dabei sind wir auf eine Zahlung an Worldpay AP Ltd. vom 20.09.21 über gesamt € 479,99 gestoßen, die wir nicht zuordnen können.
Auf dem Kontoauszug stehen noch die weiteren folgenden Informationen:

If you prefer to receive help in your native language, please let us know and we'll forward your ticket to our Support Team but there might be a delay in getting a response. If the translation is correct, you want to know where the € 479.99 charge came from. Have you previously subscribed to one of our Jotform Subscriptions? I can see that your account is currently a Guest account without any subscription history. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of the invoice and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the screenshot that you provided is unable to help us locate this payment. Can you clarify if this payment is made for Jotform subscriptions or did you fill out a form that has a Worldpay Payment Integration?
