Hallo JotForm-Support,
ich nutze auf unserer Internetseite, ein Kontaktformular, für Neukunden, anstelle des klassischen EMailbuttons oder anrufen.
Seit ca. 2 Wochen, bekomme ich jedoch Spam über dieses Formular. Da man hier mehrere Fragen und Felder ausfüllen muss, dachte ich eigentlich, dass dies ausgeschlossen sei.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your issue. You can set the unique submission or unique field to your form to prevent your responders from making multiple submissions. Another option is by adding a CAPTCHA to your form. It helps to protect your forms against spammers and spambots from flooding and submitting tons of unwanted information.

no worries for English.
I added a CAPTCHA, this should work and block the bots, 9 times in total I got e request from them.
