Hallo,
wir haben ein Formular Auslagenerstattung wagnis erstellt und nutzen dieses schon seit ein paar Wochen sehr begeistert. Gestern wurde uns eine Submission per Mail übermittelt, jedoch fehlten sämtliche pdf-Anhänge! Was ist hier passiert? Lt. aktuellen Einstellungen sollten die pdf, die im Formular hochgeladen werden, sowie das Formular an sich, als pdf angehängt werden. Gibt es hier eine Fehlfunktion des Systems?

Now, let me help you with your question. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As all settings seems to be properly configured, I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please try to test your form and see if the issue still persists?
Also, could you download the uploaded PDF file and the Submission as PDF from the URL listed in your Email Notification?

thanks for your quick support. I cleaned the cache an tested ist again. I is working as it should! Must have been a one-time failure...
