Guten Tag liebes Jotform Team
Ich bin gerade ein Formular am erstellen (OP Masterclasses) und wollte kurz einen Test machen. Im Vorschau-Modus wird mir der komplette Bereich zur Zahlung (Payment) nicht angezeigt. Woran liegt das?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked your form, I was able to see that there's a broken condition connected to the Payment field. I suggest removing the condition first. Here's how:
- Click on the Payment field
- Click on 2 intertwined arrows icon to open the conditions
- Hover your mouse to the condition
- Click on Delete
After deleting the form, the payment field should show as expected.
