Hi snorkelintulum,
Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Email:
Can you try removing the Auto-response and add it back to your form? Copy your email content first so you don't need to recreate your content, and double-check if the Sender Email is set to noreply@jotform.com. Can you also check your Sender Emails in your account and not in the form? Let me show you how:
1. Go to My Forms, click on your Profile Picture.
2. Click on Settings, it will redirect to your account's setting page.
If you did not configure anything there, your settings will also look like this.
I have also cleared your form caches to refresh your form and as a precaution.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

https://form.jotform.com/241005056684351
Hago TMB el envío de prueba y tampoco llegan a la bandeja de entrada ni a
spam.
Es muy extraño esto ..

you can set the default Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com in your Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how.
- On Form Builder, click on Settings on top, then click on Emails on the left.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email, then click on the Pen icon.
- Click on Advanced, then under Sender Email click on the dropdown arrow, then set it to noreply@jotform.com.
- Click Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Rodrigo,
There has been an issue with the emails, but it should be working by now. I've tested both your forms, and I've received the emails almost instantly. Can you try again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

snorkelintulumFecha de respuesta 19 de agosto de 2024, 9:10Hello, thank you for your prompt response. I have performed several tests
and the shipping time is no longer instantaneous.
It takes 3 minutes to send it.
Do you plan to fix this and send it instantly again or was this planned
like this?
Why has the same delay been happening for over a week now?
Rodrigo

Hi Rodrigo,
In a normal setting, there should be no delays in receiving emails, and they should be delivered almost, if not, instantly. One possible reason would be the responder's email domain or server, which can cause data traffic when receiving emails. Another reason is the internet connection being used by the receiving end. Minute delays with receiving emails are almost as common as sending one, as a common cycle for sending or receiving emails usually takes seconds to 15 minutes. You may want to check this guide I found on some reasons emails can be delayed.
What you can do is to set up SMTP so the email traffic can be a faster. But before I do that, you'll also need to make sure that before setting a password for your app, you enable two-step verification. You can check out how to do that here. Once that's done, this is how you set up that email address:
1. Click here to sign in to your Google Account and access the App Password Generator.
2. In the list of available apps, click on Mail.
3. In the device list, click on Other.
4. Enter your Custom Name, such as Jotform.
5. Click on the Generate button.
6. *Copy and save the password to your computer.
7. Finally, click the Done button.
*It is very important that you save the password to your computer so you can use it again later. If you don't save it, you'll have to generate a new one again because Google doesn't let users view their passwords after they click the Done button.
Now, to add the Sender email:
1. Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly.
2. Click on the Add Sender Email button.
3. Enter the following information:
- Email Address: {your email address}
- Hostname: smtp.gmail.com
- Port: 587
- Username: {your Gmail address}
- Password: {your Gmail or app-specific password}
- Security Protocol: TLS
4. When you're finished, click on the Send Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on the Add Email button. If not, please check the details again and correct any errors.
You might also want to check out this guide about How to Use Your Gmail Account as Your Email Sender via SMTP.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
