Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the submission data on your Tables page? Are you referring to this form? Can you turn on Jotform Support Access so we can further check? Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

Hi Diego,
Are you referring to this form? I checked the Tables page and can see the submissions.
You can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
2. Now, on the right side of your Jotform Tables page, you'll see a list of all of your submissions.
I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
If the issue still persists, can you try switching to a different browser or a different device?

The problem is NOT that I cannot see the Submissions of that particular form, but that I CANNOT see any Submissions of any old form and that is what I urgently need to get back.
All my life I have been able to see all the forms that I created with all the Submissions. I urgently need to recover these old Submissions.

Hi Diego,
I checked your account and I see that your total submission as of now is 500/500. For Starter plan, you are limited to a total of 500 form submissions. If you exceed the limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, making room for new ones to be received. You can check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Keep in mind that when you reach the submission limit or any of the monthly limits prompts the system to disable your forms on the scheduled date indicated in the email sent to you. Your forms will also display the Form over quota message. I suggest backing up all your data. Let me show you how to do it:
You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:
- On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
- On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button.
- Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.
