Agregar la suma total de los datos en el campo en el informe Jotform

Buenos dias

Tengo una duda debido a que

Se esta haciendo un formulario para que la asistente administrativa registre las facturas que se le hacen a los clientes mensual

Pero necesitamos que en el reporte o una manera que podamos ver el monto total facturado en un reporte de por ejemplo el cliente 1

Lo que pasa es que ya vimos que existe la suma al final de columnas, pero queremos que ese total se vea en un reporte

Now, coming back to your question, if you want to create a report of the total amount of invoices of the clients, you can use Jotform Report Builder. Let me show you how:

1. Go to My Forms and choose your form.

2. Open Reports at the top, then select Add New Report.

3. Click on Visual Report Builder to open the report builder.

With Jotform Report Builder, you can easily create eye-catching visual reports from your submission data. It allows you to customize your report with text, images, bar graphs, pie charts, and data grids.

You can view the sum of total numbers of a column in the submission table. Let me show you how:

1. Click the Three Dot icon of the column that you want to calculate the total.

2. Select the Add Summary option from the menu.

3. Then, select the Sum option.

You can then view the sum value at the bottom in Jotform Tables.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically add the total sum of the column in the report. As a workaround, you can add a heading or text element in your report and manually update the data when needed, you'll just need to access the Jotform table to see the updated value of the total calculation.
