Unfortunately, the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. In the meantime, you can change the style in Inbox via Inbox Settings. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper-left part of the screen.

2. Click on Inbox above Workflow Builder.

3. In Inbox, click on the Three Dots icon on the Inbox tab on the upper-left part of the screen.
4. Click on Inbox Settings on the Dropdown list.

5. By clicking on the General tab next to the Fields tab, you'll be able to change the settings for Question Alignment, Line Spacing, Language Settings & Date Format, and Header Settings.

6. By clicking on the Fields tab next to the General tab, you'll be able to change the settings for Field Settings and Show/Hide Fields.
