Is there a way for them to close the app or form, and when they reopen it they continue where they were? Or every time they open it and enter data, will it be a new record?

Yes, that is possible. We have a Continue Forms Later feature that will let someone start to fill out a form, and then save it as a draft so they can complete it later. This is useful for long forms or forms with multiple pages. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, select your Submit button's Gear icon to open Properties.
2. Under the Advanced tab, toggle On the Save And Continue Later options.
3. Lastly, you can set the save button’s label in the Button Text field.
