Hi Leonidas,
If you are not asking respondents for their email address but still want to track their emails, you can add a Short Text field on your survey form and hide it as this will be your unique field, then generate a form URL with query parameters so you can identify who completed the survey. Let me show you how:
1.In Form Builder, click on Add Element + in the top left corner.
2.Go to Basic tab, scroll down and add Short Text to your survey form.
3.Click on the gear icon right next to the Short Text field.
4.Go to Advanced tab.
5.Scroll down and turn on Hide Field.
Now, let's generate a unique link that you can send to your respondent.
1.Go to Field Prepopulator.
2.Select Populate Fields at the bottom and authorize the app.
3.In the Form Picker dialog, choose your survey form, then select Continue.
4.On the next page, click on Show All and enter a unique code to identify your respondent.
5.Click on Generate URL at the top and copy the provided URL, then send it to your respondent according to their unique code.
We also have a guide on Prepopulating Form Fields via URL Parameters that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
