    tengo varias tablet antiguas y hace una semana tengo problemas con la visualización de las encuestas

    Now, coming back to your question, it appears that the Single-choice elements are not showing up properly. In the screenshot you provided, you are using the submit URL of the form. I have cleared your form cache just in case. Can you clear your browser cookies and cache, try accessing this form link and see how it goes. If you have the same issue, let us know the device

    Hi Jorge,

    What's the brand and model of your tablet? Also, what mobile browser are you using? Make sure that the browser is updated to its latest version. This could be a local browser issue, try to clear the browser cache. If you're using Chrome, you can find their instruction on how to clear browser cache here. If you're using different browsers, check its support site for instructions.

    estas son tablet antiguas SM-T560 versión android 4.4 ocupamos Chrome 81.0

    Forms works best on the latest version of Chrome on Androids. There are scripts on the form that are not supported in older Chrome version. The latest Android Chrome version is 131.0.6778.81. Try to update your browser to this latest version if the device supports it. If not, you may need to use a desktop/laptop computer to view the form.

    Sometimes the updates can affect forms’ accessibility according to Chrome’s version or the device’s version. Unfortunately, a new update might have affected your experience of Jotform on your tablet and that’s why you might not be able to use it while you have been using it since June, but not now. Trying to update your browser to this latest version if the device supports might solve the issue. If not, you may need to use a desktop/laptop computer or a tablet with the latest version of Chrome to use the form.
