¿Cómo contactar al equipo de ventas de Enterprise con un correo electrónico gratuito?

Hola, yo compré el plan plta y necesito administrar mis proyectos con 5 cuentas, pero cuando quiero comunicarme con el area de ventas a través del enlace, me sale el mensaje de que mi correo es gratuito, sin embargo ya pague la cuenta plata. Que solucion pueden darme?
