No sincronizan todas las reservas en el calendario. Llega el correo de autorespuesta y notificación de manera correcta pero no queda en el calendario. Ya intentamos volver a configurar de cero la sincronización varias veces pero no funcionó.
Necesitamos su verificación y soporte.
Enviamos un ejemplo.
Claudia Otalora no aparece en el calendario pero sí llega confimación de autorespuesta y notificación,

Now, coming back to your question, looking at the screenshots you shared, I am seeing Claudia Daza appointment on your calendar which is 7 - 8 PM. It could be the user booked the appointment using a different last name.
On the other hand, when I checked the Action Logs of the integration, it shows that there is no event start. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Can you try again one more time to remove the integration and then add it back? Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Google Calendar integration.
- Then, hover over the Action section and click on the Three Dots icon.
- In the dropdown menu, select Delete Action, and in the window that opens click on Yes, Discard.
Now, let's connect the Google Calendar Integration again:
- While in Google Calendar Integration settings, click on the Add New Action button.
- Now, select an action and click on Next.
- Then, click on Add Action and customize settings as you want.
- Once you finish customizing, click on the Save button at the bottom right of the settings.
