Buenos días,
Me aparece esta imagen al iniciar sesión:
¿A que se refiere almacenamiento de envíos? Cada mes, a principios, descargo todos los informes del mes anterior para archivarlos en nuestros registros, y los elimino de la plataforma.
Quedo a la espera de su respuesta.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account's usage limits and saw that you're not exceeding them. I recalculated your limits to fix the issue, can you go ahead and give it another try? We also have a guide here on account usage and limits. If you want to increase your account's limits, you can also consider upgrading your account.
