Problemas con la Aplicación

Estimados, junto con saludar informo que he estado presentando durante diciembre de ente año, problemas con todas las aplicaciones de los formulario en el celular. Las aplicaciones se quedan cargando eternamente y nunca puedo ingresar al formulario.

Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the Jotform Apps that you built in our App Builder? If yes, I tested one of my apps and it's working as expected. Can you share the URL of your apps so we can test it on our end?

Esta es la aplicación, mas que nada es esta la que presentó problemas en días anteriores, yo lo asocie al internet, mas que nada por la zona donde se utiliza el formulario, porque con otros prevencionista que están en sector mas céntricos no sucede lo mismo.

Ayer yo estaba en este lugar donde realizando una prueba para la aplicación del formulario en la zona donde se ha presentado problemas y la aplicación directamente no cargó nunca, se quedaba pensando y la tuve que cerrar.

Based on your description, the issue is related to the internet connection or network security of a certain location where the app is accessed. Jotform Apps requires a secure internet connection to load.
