    Buenas tardes, he limpiado ya el almacenamiento de mi cuenta pero me sigue marcando que estoy fuera del límite de espacio de carga para nuevos envíos. ¿Podrían ayudarme?

    Now, coming back to your question, I have checked your account upload space, and it shows 11.28 GB/10.00 GB, which is more than your plan limit. I can also see that you've 1772 uploaded files on your form #223215627457659. You can upgrade your account to increase your account space, or you can delete and purge the submissions with uploaded files from the submission table to clear upload space. I have now active your account, so you can delete and purge the submissions. Let me show you how you can delete and purge the submissions from Submission Table:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Tables.

    2. In the Submission Table, select the submissions with uploaded photos and then click on Delete, located on the top right side of the screen.

    3. Now, click on the Three Dots icon in the first tab located at the left top of the table, and then click on Trash Entries.

    4. In the menu that opens on the right side of the screen, click on Select All, click on Delete Forever, and then select Delete.

    Once you have deleted the submissions from trash, you can clear your form cache to fix the issue.

    Deleting submission data is irreversible and data will be permanently removed from our servers. You can download all of your submissions before deleting them. Once you delete the submissions, we'll be able to move forward with this.
