De forma más concreta, quisiera que en cierto lapso de tiempo los usuarios solo puedan hacer una respuesta por medio de la configuración de "respuesta única" y que cada x días puedan volver a responder la encuesta, espero puedan ayudarme con una configuración que permita esto.

We can set it up by adding fields like single choice, using a date picker field, a calculation widget, and conditional logic. I have created a sample form, let me show you how:

1. First let's add the fields needed, in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and add Single Choice, 2 Date Picker, and a Paragraph element.

3. Let's configure each field, select the Single Choice, and click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Single Choice Properties.

4. Under the Single Choice Properties, enter the Field Label and then click on Options to enter the selection.

5. Next, select the Date Picker and click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Date Picker Properties.

6. Under Date Picker Properties, enter the Field Label and then click on Advanced to enable the Hide field.

7. Select the Paragraph and click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the field to enter a message. 

8. To customize, you use the Edit toolbar.

9. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Paragraph Properties.

10. Under Paragraph Properties, click on Advanced to enable the Hide field.

11. Lastly, let's add the Form Calculation widget. Under the Widget tab, scroll down the list and choose the Form Calculation.

12. Set up the Form Calculation as shown in the screenshot below and click Save at the bottom of the page.

13. Then click on the Gear icon on the right side of the widget to open Form Calculation Properties.

14. Under Form Calculation Properties, click on Advanced to enable the Hide field.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.

3. Under New Condition, click on the Show/Hide field.
