Hi Angel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, yes, it is possible to integrate Jotform with monday.com and still be able to send PDFs created using the form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- On the left panel, select the Integrations tab.
- Next, search for monday.com in the search bar and select.
- Choose an action based on what you need. You can either Create an item or Create an update.
- You'll have to enter your monday.com API Key then click on the Authenticate button.
- Match your monday.com fields to your Jotform fields. Click on Save once done.
Next, let me show you how to create and send PDFs:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on Emails on the left sidebar.
- Edit the email notification you want to use to send the PDF by clicking on the Pencil icon.
- In the Advanced tab, toggle ON to Attach PDF. Then, select the PDF you want to attach to the email.
- Finally, click on Save.
You can check out these guides on How to Integrate Jotform with monday.com and How to Attach Submissions as PDFs to Email Notifications for more information.
Give it a try, and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
