Buenos días:
El día 29 de diciembre se hizo el cargo correspondiente a un mes de servicio en el plan Bronce. Hoy 30, al acceder a la web he visto una oferta de un año que en principio resultó interesante. Veo que al acceder a ella han emitido el cargo, por lo que estando abonado el mes completo les agradezco que me realicen la devolución del importe pagado por duplicado.

On December 29th, the charge for one month of service under the Bronze plan was made. Today, the 30th, I accessed the website and saw an interesting one-year offer. Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can see that you have been upgraded to a Silver Yearly Plan. Can you confirm if this is the subscription that you want to get a refund? If so, to request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form and our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.

I have canceled your subscription and issued a refund of $238.67. The refunded amount should appear on your end in the next 7-10 working days. Your account is back to the Starter Plan.

Hi Rubén,
Regarding the previous monthly plan invoice of $47.19 that was issued on December 29, 2024. I have refunded it since the account is set to the Starter plan. You can now subscribe to the Bronze monthly plan at the same price. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
