Cómo volver a la antigua página de mi formulario?

Hola me gustaria saber porque mi cuenta se ve asi

Si antes la manejaba como en este otro perfil

Quiero volver a esta donde puedo darle en mis formularios y pasar directamente a mis tablas.

Espero me haya hecho entender. quedo atenta

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, regarding your concern. Unfortunately, it's not possible to revert to the old version. This is your Workspace which brings all of your forms, apps, sign documents, tables, approvals, and reports in a single place. You can easily filter the asset types you prefer to see on your list and create new assets seamlessly. Let me show you how to do it: 

1. On the My Workspace page, click on the Asset Type on the right-top.
2. Select the type of assets you want to get listed. For example, if you want to see only Tables, uncheck Forms, Apps, Sign Documents, Workflows, and Reports.
