About the issue, I have cleared your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again? We suggest you try it on a different browser and let us know how it goes. If the same thing happens again, Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser. If the issue continues, can you share the URL of the form?

Mi aplicación me dice esto de un momento a otro: “Form not found, this form been disabled by the owner , try contacting the owner form”

Hi cafeamarket,
It looks like the form has been disabled. Are you the account owner of this form? If yes, let me show you how to enable it.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Form Settings window, click on Disabled in the Form Status option.
- In the window that opens, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select Enabled.
- Finally, click on Save at the lower part of the pop-up window.
