Muy buenas, se ha vencido mi plan y se hace muy caro y estamos dandole poco uso ahora. Me gustaría poder tener opción de degradar mi plan y poder tener uno menor que se adapte a nuestra situación actual.

Now, coming back to your question, you can downgrade to the Bronze plan, depending on whether you want it to be in a monthly or yearly plan. But I'd suggest you get the annual plan for any of our paid plans, as it costs you a lower amount compared to getting it monthly. Since your current Silver plan is almost due, you can upgrade your account once it's downgraded to a Starter plan. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. On the other hand, make sure to check the monthly limit with the plan you're planning to subscribe to, so you can monitor your monthly usage limits.
