Hola, Intento cancelar mi plan pero al momento de dar clic en la opción, no me permite hacerlo quisiera por favor que me ayudaran a hacer este proceso.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, it seems you tried to share a screenshot, but it didn’t come through on my end. Could you try sending it again? Also about the cancelation, you can Cancel Your Subscription, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.

Así mismo lo hice y no me deja, o se actualiza el plan

If you can take a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
Or, with your permission, we can cancel your subscription on our end. But, before proceeding, I’d like to let you know that, based on your current usage, you might want to consider downgrading to the Bronze plan instead of canceling. It’s more affordable and should still meet your needs. You can check your options on your billing page. If you’d prefer to cancel, let us know.
