Google Drive: Posibilidad de utilizar el valor del widget como nombre de la carpeta

Buenas tardes,

Estoy intentando realizar una integración de un formulario con google drive que cree la carpeta y cada archivo que guarda con el correlativo automático (número de recibo), fecha y código. Pero al elegir los campos del formulario que deseo con que se guarde no aparece el correlativo automático (número de recibo) y no guarda como debería.

Me podrían ayudar de como tengo que configurar el formulario de ese campo para que aparezca en esta opción o cuales son los pasos correctos para realizar la integración.

Lo mismo me sucede para guardar el archivo pdf del formulario en la carpeta no puedo seleccionar el campo de numero de recibo

Now, coming back to your question, by default, it isn't possible to pull the value generated in the widget to be used as the folder name in your Google Drive. As a workaround, we can use just a basic form field such as a Number field and we'll set up an Update/Calculate field condition. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.

2 . Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, and then drag and drop the Number field onto your form. 

3. Set up the Update/Calculate Field condition.

a. click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.

b. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

c. Now, use the Update/Calculate Field element to create a conditional rule.

d.Set your conditions similar to the condition below:
