Muchas gracias

Hi Jorge,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I'll need a bit of time to look into this. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Jorge,
Unfortunately, it's not possible to map the Configurable List Widget data to Monday.com. What you can do is passing the entered data in the widget to a Long Text element using the conditions. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the +Add Form Element on the upper left side of the panel.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down, select the Long Text element and add it to your form.
- Now, click on the Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- On the left side menu, select the Conditions tab.
- Hover your mouse over to the Condition Menu and select the Update/Calculate Field.
- Then, set up the condition below:
As for your Single Choice Field, you can map the Single Choice field to a Text field in your Monday Integration, just make sure that you have created a corresponding field in your Monday.com account to align with your form fields. This will enable the seamless transfer of data from your form to Monday.com. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Check out the screenshot of the result below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I tried your method, but the only problem is that we can't differentiate one item from another. Because after send the form we have to make an inventory of items. I attach what we want to see.
- At the top, the main element
- At the bottom, the items.

Hi Jorge,
Are you referring to the Configurable List Widget? If so, could you explain how you create an inventory of items from the widget field in your Monday.com integration so we can help you better with this?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
