Hi ideaspedidospapafrancisco,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question or concern, I checked all forms on your account and this form and saw that none of the forms I've mentioned have workflow. That's why you can't see any approval status on the forms I've mentioned. You can easily create a Workflow on your form and set up the Approval element and Email element on your Workflow. You can clone my demo form, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.
2. Click on the Workflows tab on the left part of the screen.
3. Click on Create Workflow on Workflows field.4. In Workflow Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left part of the screen.
5. Drag and drop the Approval element to Add Element Here field.
6. Drag and drop the Link from Approval field to your preferred area.
7. Click on Select Outcome linked between Approval field and Add Element Here field.
8. Click on Approve on Outcomes field.
9. Click on Add Element on the upper-left part of the screen.10. Drag and drop the Email element to Add Element Here field.
11. Click on the Envelope icon on Email field.
12. Input your preferred label on Email Subject field on Email tab.
13. You can customize the email body on Email Content field.
14. Click on Test Email on the lower-right part of the Email Properties modal to see if everything is working.
15. Click on Save next to Test Email if everything is working.16. Drag and drop the Link from Approval field to your preferred area.
17. Click on Select Outcome linked between Approval field and Add Element Here field.
18. Click on Deny on Outcomes field.
19. Click on Add Element on the upper-left part of the screen.20. Drag and drop the Email element to Add Element Here field.
21. Click on the Envelope icon on the second Email field.
22. Repeat Step 12 to Step 15 on your second Email field. That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
